Orders are processed within 1 to 4 working days. The receipt of your parcel depends on your place of residence. Depending on the place of residence you will receive in 1 to 4 days.

In case of use of the product or alteration of its original packaging, the return is not accepted. If the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the day of shipment (date indicated on the receipt) or some of the return conditions are not met, company has the right not to accept the products back.

Refunds are made on all new products and are not available for discounted products.
