Are my transactions secure?

Our online store has one of the most secure and certified encryption systems where your online transactions are secured, as well as your personal data  

In how many days will I receive an online order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 4 working days. The receipt of your parcel depends on your place of residence. Depending on the place of residence you will receive in 1 to 4 days.  

How do we make a replacement?

If you wish to cancel the order you will contact the Online Store Manager at 210 74 82 178 or you will send an email to missplayp@gmail.com for its cancellation, no later than 2 hours after the completion of your order. In case the products have already been shipped, you should not accept their receipt, so that they can be returned to the company. If you find that the product is not what you want, our company gives you the opportunity to return it within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment (the date indicated on the receipt) and only if it is unused and in the its initial condition. In case of use of the product or alteration of its original packaging, the return is not accepted. If the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the day of shipment (date indicated on the receipt) or some of the return conditions are not met, company has the right not to accept the products back.

Ηow do we place an order?

Select the products you are interested in and add them to the cart. Once you add a product then you have the opportunity to continue adding other products. If you want to remove a product or complete your order, open your cart by clicking on its icon When completing the order, you are asked to enter the email and password if you are a registered user, otherwise you have the option to create a new account at that time or continue your purchase as a visitor. Choose the method of payment and receipt of your order. Press continuously for final check of the order and completion.  

Can I return and get my money back?

Refunds are made on all new products and are not available for discounted products.  

How do I use my Shopping Cart?

The Shopping Cart works in the same way that you would use it in a physical store. It contains all the products you have chosen to buy and is the last step before your order. It allows you to track, add and remove items, as you would in a regular store.

How can I receive my order from the store?

In order to be able to pick up the package of the order you made electronically from the store, you must have with you and show: - The e-mail sent to you for receipt (either printed or displayed from the screen of your mobile). - Police ID, Diploma or Passport.

How can I register on the site?
