Refund
You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Your return will be accepted if all of the following apply:
The purchase must have been made exclusively from our online store (electronically or by phone).
The product (s) are in their original condition and the special markings (eg protectors, tabs, labels) have not been removed.
The return package must include the RETURN FORM completed and the corresponding RECEIPT OF RETAIL SALE.
In the RETURN FORM (you can find it here) you are given the following alternatives:
REPLACEMENT: Our company will do its best to replace the product you returned to us. Please:
Fill in the password (s) to return to the corresponding field.
Fill in the code (s) you wish to receive for replacement in the corresponding field.
When your return is received by our company, we will contact you by phone to confirm the availability of the new product (s) and to proceed with the shipment. Prior to the receipt of the returned items, our company does not make a reservation / commitment of new product (s).
REFUND: To proceed with the refund please fill in the required details, iban, bank name and beneficiary name in the relevant fields of the form. The process is completed within 20 working days from the date we receive your return.
Refund Shipping Costs:
The following applies to the use of our partner, at the recipient's expense:
If the return concerns a discount item, the shipping cost is a total of € 3.00 and is deducted from the total amount of the deposit.
If the return concerns an item of the new collection, the shipping costs are borne by the company.
In case you choose to use any other transport company, regardless of the products (discount or not), you will be fully charged the transport costs and you will pay them to the company you have chosen when sending the parcel.
